Description

Girls' Geek Days are all about sparking elementary school-aged girls interest in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) by providing a fun, collaborative, hands-on environment to learn new skills and helping them connect to other STEM programs in the community.

We are recruiting volunteers to lead 45 minute hands-on STEM-related sessions that will run 3 times throughout the morning (9am-noon) with 6 to 12 girls per session. The target audience is K-5 and we can further segment into K-3 and 3-5 if that is helpful. If you need help brainstorming an activity, we have lots of ideas and resources.
